5.0It was our first time me & my husband hired a camper van & we are so pleased we chose incline campers. From the time of booking, we received regular emails & directions for pick up of the van. Emily was so helpful & answered all our questions. Before we arrived, Emily sent us a list of what was included in the van & we were very impressed with how well it was stocked, they have thought of everything! She also advised us of what to take, which was really nice. When we got to the site Ryan was so friendly & went through everything with us, ie how bed came down, how to make use of awning etc, it was a lot of information to take in but we didn’t feel rushed & if we were unsure of anything he went through it again. He just wanted us to go away & enjoy the experience which we did! If we do this again we will 100% use this company again.

5.0We had the most incredible few nights away in Norfolk in Samphire the van! It was spotlessly clean when we picked it up, and we were given a great run through by Ryan & Emily before setting off so we knew exactly what we were doing. The van had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and fantastic features such as the sink, plenty of LED lighting, and a gas hob for an all-important cup of tea at the beach! The pop-top meant we could stand up freely when we were parked up, and the mesh windows were fab for letting in fresh air, both during the day and night. Would 100% recommend this company and we will be using again!
