Rental Policies & Rules To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following: • Smoke-Free RV: This RV is strictly smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit. • Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No other pets are permitted. Violation will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit. • Guest Guide & Support: A rental guide is provided inside the RV with instructions, troubleshooting tips, and contact information for any questions or unexpected situations. • Waste Tank Policy: Dumping of gray and black tanks is not included. Guests are encouraged to dump tanks prior to return (instructions included in the guide).   – Dump fee if station is on-site: $75   – Dump fee if no station: $150 Misuse or neglect causing clogs may incur additional charges. • Damage or Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Repairs or replacements will be fairly priced; a service fee may also apply if not reported during the stay. • Late Return & Pick-Up: Late fees of $25 per hour apply outside scheduled times. Reservations may be canceled without refund if pick-up is delayed by more than 2 hours. Returns over 2 hours late will incur a daily rental charge. • Excessive Cleaning: Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, mud, sand, pet hair, or neglect beyond normal use.
