The inside features plenty of sleep options including oversize bunk beds, a dinette and sofa conversion along with a bedroom with a door up front that contains a king size bed with an updated 3" foam/gel mattress cover. The dinette table is oversize and will comfortably fit 4 adults. The bathroom has a toilet and shower with the sink located just outside the bathroom. There is also a nice size refrigerator with full kitchen amenities including a sink, microwave, stove top and oven. The kitchen comes complete with all your cooking and eating needs including a single-serve Keurig (bring your own pods). You also have a centralized tv with an Amazon Firestick hooked up (you do need internet service for it to work; we typically use our personal hotspot).On the outside, you have an automatic awning with lights along with outdoor speakers. The sound system can play radio stations or connect through Bluetooth technology. There is also a small outdoor kitchen that includes a griddle for cooking as well as mini fridge to keep from having to constantly run inside the camper for a cold drink. A beginning supply of paper products is also included (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). A Blue Ox weight distribution hitch with sway bars is available to use upon request. Tow vehicle must have a 2" receiver along with a 2 5/16”ball, trailer brake controller and 7-pin electrical plug connection. The trailer is unable to be rented for festivals, concerts or tail gates. The renter is responsible for dumping tanks as well as general cleaning of the trailer that includes dishes cleaned, floors cleaned up, trash taken out, appliances cleaned up, etc. If the renter does not dump the tanks, they will be charged a $150 dumping fee and if general cleaning is not taken care of, they will be charged a $75 cleaning fee. A departure checklist will be provided to make sure everything is taken care of when the renter leaves their site to return the trailer.
