4.0We had a great trip in Sarah’s van! The layout and simple design/decor were perfect, and all the water and electrical systems were very intuitive and worked seamlessly. The ceiling fan kept the whole van nice and cool! We had one issue with the sliding door that delayed our trip a bit, but Sarah was incredibly helpful on that front and we never had trouble again :). Overall, Sarah was incredibly easy to communicate with and gave a very comprehensive overview of the van as well as good camping and recreation advice! It was a fantastic value for our trip to the San Juans

5.0The owner was a very nice person to deal w/, personable, gracious, flexible, and helpful - and, no, I never met her or knew her before! She answered all my newbie questions as this was my 1st time to all this... My wife is somewhat incapacitated, and the owner did everything she could to make the van ready for my wife... I give the owner thumbs up, highest scores... I had no complaints... The van ran like a champ across the state and back, and I am not talking about Rhode Island...

4.0Sarah was great, I would give her 5 stars. The van is old, but it is clean, everything works, and it runs well.
