About this RV

Behold my beloved Red Bean. I've lived and traveled in this van for several years, however I am now living in a house and want to share this big boy with others interested in the ol' van life.

You can take a full tour of this van @

This glorious 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500 is full of amenities to keep you nice and comfy including running water, propane stovetop, diesel cabin heater, solar power, refrigerator/freezer and Tons of gear storage. The Red Bean is totally capable of getting you to those remote camp spots you've aways wanted to check off the list. The dual rear wheels and larger-than-stock tires create extra traction and ground clearance while cruisin' forest service roads. The bed is a full size memory foam mattress, and there is plenty of room for 1 or 2 more people to sleep on the floor with sleeping pads. The bed also includes a comforter, sheets and pillows which are washed between each rental. *Note* only the driver and passenger seats have seat belts, so only 2 people can be in the van while driving.

Once you're out there, pull your bikes out of the garage for a ride and then cook up a hot meal when you're all done.

This van gets a ridiculous 20mpg on average, compared to RV's of similar size which get 6-10mpg. Save money on long trips by getting nearly triple the fuel efficiency of a standard RV.

All necessary precautions are being taken to clean the heck out of the interior for Covid-19 safety.

Questions? Ask 'em and I'll be happy to help!

What’s included?

Pretty much everything you could need is included. Plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots and pans, propane for the stove, blankets, pillows, etc.

Other things to note

You are more than welcome to leave your car at the van's pick-up spot. There is plenty of room for you to park on the street, and I live in a very safe neighborhood that you'll have no worries leaving your car while you take the van out.

Great experience! Michael was great and communication was quick and whenever needed. Had a small oil problem (you can tell the van is getting a little older) but was easily fixed and he helped us step by step. Got us all across Washington with and was able to traverse various road conditions with ease. Kitchen was very nice and the bed was very comfortable!

Mike was super friendly and great to deal with. Van served two humans + one cat well for 10 days through three states.

We enjoyed our trip in the Red Bean. Getting on the road, away from regular habitats and tired habits, and into refreshing nature and fresh places, is a suburb way to physical and mental renewal.

The Red Bean is comfortable to camp in and easy to drive. It is an older vehicle, one that has its own personality. We liked that it is quite distinctive with its shadow trees on red paint job. It is no…
