1.0Our RV arrived via delivery service, with the slide out not working. When pressed, the owners tried to say that it was 'fully functional" and that we were only missing out on 18" of space. Then, the machine smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, to the point that my family was sick to their stomachs, and we contacted the owners to cancel the rental. We were told that they do not allow smoking in their units, so there is no way that we could be smelling what we were smelling, and that they would not allow a return or refund. Very poor customer service from an obviously over-burdened small business. We have used Outdoorsy many times, it's been great every other time, but this one was terrible, and the owner is very unpleasant to work with.
