4.0That changes how I’d frame the review a little. The black-tank issue wasn’t just an inconvenience at the end—it affected the trip from the first night, you had to find someone at the campground to help you deal with the odor, and then you had to drive home and unpack with urine sitting in the toilet. That’s a pretty unpleasant sanitation issue. At the same time, it sounds like the camper itself would have been great otherwise, and the owners handled it appropriately afterward. Since their friend checked you in while they were away, I also wouldn’t imply that Cassie personally handed you a camper knowing the tank hadn’t been dumped. I still think 4 stars is reasonable, but I’d be candid in the written review. Something like: The camper itself was great and honestly would have been perfect for our trip if we hadn’t run into an issue with the black tank. Unfortunately, it appears it hadn’t been emptied before we picked it up. We noticed a very strong sewage smell the first night, and I ended up finding someone at the campground who gave me something to put down the toilet, which helped with the smell. By our last night, the tank was completely full and the toilet would no longer drain, so we ended up packing up and coming home a day early. Driving home and unpacking with the toilet backed up was definitely not a pleasant way to end the trip. The owners were out of town when we picked it up and had a friend check us in, so I think this was simply something that was missed between rentals. Cassie was very responsive when I reached out, apologized, and made things right by refunding the night we missed and waiving the dumping fee. We really appreciated how she handled it. Aside from the tank issue, we really liked the camper and would have had a great experience with it.

5.0Everything about the Four Winds Glamper rental experience was perfect! Everything in the RV was in excellent condition and worked well, there were no unpleasant unexpected surprises as we have experienced with other camper rentals in the past. The RV is extremely comfortable, spacious and was squeaky clean when we got it. Cassie and Adam communicated clearly and quickly and gave very clear instructions on how everything operated. We hope to rent from them again!
