You'll have all the comforts of home wherever you want to go. At 25 feet, this coach is easy to drive, park, and maneuver — yet inside, it feels surprisingly spacious and refined.We’ve owned and maintained this rig with care — no mystery switches or half-working systems here. The generator, A/C, fridge, and plumbing all work exactly as they should. That means more relaxing, less troubleshooting.We’re not a rental fleet — we are the owners who genuinely love sharing this RV with others. You’ll get a detailed walkthrough, travel tips, and quick support if you need help while on the road. We want your trip to be smooth, memorable, and fun.I don't offer any deliveries, pick ups at any other location or one-ways.
Black and Gray water tanks need to be empty or there will be a charge added.Pickup time is any time after 9AM. Return time is 11AM on the return date, after 11AM there is a $19 hourly charge up to midnight.If you return early there will be no refund of the unused days so please make sure you plan ahead.Pets are welcome, however if hair is found there will be up to a $150 cleaning fee added.Drivers must be Verified through Outdoorsy before departure. Valid Drivers License is required and the driver must be at least 25 years of age. No Towing, however I will allow a bike rack or a cargo carrier. No Smoking in the RV or travel into Mexico.Take the break you deserve. When you're at home you see all those things you have to do and never get a chance to relax and enjoy your time. What's includedCoffee machine with coffee and filters, hot water kettle, 2 pans, 1 pot, spatula, ladle, slotted spoon, knife, cutting board, bottle opener, dish rack, saran wrap, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, paper plates, utensils, all basic cleaning supplies and RV toilet paper included. I also offer free parking for one vehicle.(Bedding is not included)... It can be added as an add-on, or you are more than welcome to bring your own pillows, blankets or sleeping bags.Other things to noteYour furry family members are welcome to come along. This RV is meticulously detailed after every use ensuring your adventure is carefree.This RV is Ozone sanitized after every use. Ozone cleans by breaking down contaminants and neutralizing microorganisms. It kills organic molecules like bacteria, viruses, and odor-causing compounds, oxidizing them until they are neutralized.
