After 11AM on the return date there is a $19 hourly charge up to midnight.If you return early there will be no refund of the unused days..Pets are welcome, however if hair is found there will be up to a $150 cleaning fee added.Drivers must be Verified through Outdoorsy before departure. Valid Drivers License is required and the driver must be at least 25 years of age. No Towing, however I will allow a bike rack or a cargo carrier. Absolutely no smoking in the RV or travel into Mexico.Take the break you deserve. When you're at home you see all those things you have to do and never get a chance to relax and enjoy your time.What's includedCoffee machine w/ coffee and filters, hot water kettle, 2 pans, 1 pot, spatula, ladle, slotted spoon, knife, cutting board, bottle & can opener, dish rack, saran wrap, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, paper plates, utensils, cups, all basic cleaning supplies and RV toilet paper included. I offer free parking for one vehicle.Bedding is not included by default. Bring your own pillows/blankets/sleeping bags, or select our convenient bedding add-on for a ready-to-go setup. Towels are included.Other things to noteYour furry family members are welcome to come along. This RV is meticulously detailed after every use ensuring your adventure is carefree.This RV is Ozone sanitized after every use. 5.0This RV was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, easy to drive and came stocked with pretty much everything you need. Tracy and his wife put a lot of thought in making the RV comfortable and stress free. Anything from pots/pan, mugs/cups, basic seasoning/spices, coffee with coffee maker, fully stocked bathroom and thoughtful camping accessories to enjoy. Tracy was thorough on showing us how everything operates and made it easy to understand. He was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Our daughters haven’t stopped talking about the RV since we dropped it off. We highly recommend anyone check this RV out, you will not be disappointed. We had a blast! Thank you again!

5.0Overall great experience from pickup, walkthrough, to communication and return. RV is well maintained and was the perfect set up for my family and I. Would definitely rent this specific RV again. It was easy to drive and made for a relaxing trip.

5.0Host was very responsive all through the booking process and on the trip. Minor issue with door lock and host immediately responded and arranged for mechanic to meet us at our destination to quickly resolve. Overall great experience & would book through this host again.
