This is a beautiful 31ft Jayco Greyhawk in top condition and meticulously maintained. We take excellent care of this rig and it shows! Comfortably sleeps 4 adults with additional space for kids on the sofa bed.Standard items included at no additional cost:

- You *must* be an experienced RV-er AND an experienced Burner to rent our RV. This dramatically reduces the amount of problems for both parties.
- Insurance will not cover damage done to the inside of the RV. For these items, you must pay out of pocket! Talk with insurance customer service for more details.
- You must meet all rental requirements 60 days before the rental. This includes any payments, deposits, background checks, etc. Failure to do so may result in the cancelation of the reservation at the owners discursion.
- WE Cannot Guarantee ANY OF THE Systems Will Work ON THE Playa. Burning Man is a harsh environment. As such, "things just happen" that can disable anything on the RV that normally work fine such as water tanks and pumps, air conditioner, refrigerator, generator, and septic systems, with no opportunity for repair. This is just the nature of BM. You are renting the RV 100% at your own risk. Refunds will not be provided for damage caused on or by playa, nature, "act of deities", fellow participants, etc. That all said, we have taken it out to the playa and other places since 2017 and never had a major problem. But again...no guarantees the RV systems will perform normally while at BM. Systems that break down are not a reason for a refund.Costs:
- Rates: The nightly rental rate is negotiable depending on the number of nights wanted. 10 day minimum. More days available upon request. Discounts for more than 10 days to be negotiated. Usually we give a few days for free for longer rentals. [Required]
- $2500 partially refundable cleaning fee. Refund will depend on the condition returned. [Required]
- $5000 refundable security deposit. Renter will get a full refund minus any damage. [Required]

5.0What a great experience renting from James! The RV comfortably slept 5 of us for a 5 night camping trip in Mendocino. It was easy to drive (I’m a 5’4” 115 lbs girl) and everything functioned perfectly. It was already equipped with bedding, towels, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies so packing was much less stressful than normal. James was also very friendly, flexible on pick up and drop off times, and super helpful throughout the entire process. We’ll absolutely be renting from him again :)

5.0We had a spectacular trip to the Lost Coast in this RV which is super clean, super well equipped and drives great with lots of power. James is fanatical (in a good way) about keeping everything in his RV in tip top form which we greatly appreciated. He was also very responsive to every request and patient when we asked some dumb questions. Not a single complaint and we are big travelers so we know when things aren't right.
