Review summary
Offers thorough, expert support
Ken provides extensive walkthroughs, explaining hookup, leveling, electrical, and plumbing. He is highly knowledgeable about RVs, offers proactive support for issues, and ensures a smooth experience for all renters.
Tows easily, well-equipped
Guests noted towing was "incredibly easy" due to the provided weight distribution hitch/sway bar. The RV is spotless, well-maintained, features solar panels for dry camping, and boasts a comfortable, 5-star hotel type mattress.

5.0The trailer was very clean and in pristine condition. The only blemish was a small tear on the awning that Ken made note of before we left. Ken took an hour of his time to review everything about the hook up and the leveling. He showed us how the camper worked inside and out including electrical and plumbing. His instructions made the process very easy. This was a very comfortable, well equipped camper with a 5 star hotel type mattress. I would highly recommend 505 RV Rentals if you want to try this style of camping. Nice job 505 RV Rentals!

5.0Ken is absolutely incredible. As a renter, he went way out of his way to overcome an obstacle, and I do mean way out his way. We will be purchasing down the road, and his insight and knowledge is absolutely second to none. He knows RV's inside and out, and as a result, we are are much better informed before making the purchase...AND, if we are in the Bernalillo/Northern New Mexico area, there is nobody else I would trust more than Ken for repairs. I have several friends that will be calling on him as well. Thanks very much 505 RVR-LLC
