Meet Dottie, our custom camper van! She's a converted Nissan HV2500 and with all the necessary comforts and essentials, she's the ideal basecamp for adventure. Dottie has a gorgeous custom kitchen with everything you need to practice your backcountry chef skills. Features include a butcher block counter, a stainless steel sink with cold running water, and backsplash, and a propane camp stove. Custom lower cabinets are fully stocked with dishes and cooking essentials, and custom upper cabinets provide storage for food and other supplies you bring along.Solar power keeps the lights on, the van running, and the fridge cold. There are also outlets for phone and tablet charging as well as an inverter for larger devices like a laptop.When it's time to power down at the end of the day, enjoy relaxing into a queen size bed. While most camper vans sleep side to side, Dottie offers a front to back layout. This means even taller guests will have plenty of room to stretch out. If the temps get chilly there is a thermostat controlled heater to keep you warm.Inside storage along the driver side keeps things organized and the garage (back of the van) has plenty of room for bags or gear.

Camping: Enjoy your own dedicated campsite on our property! While you're welcome to take Dottie on a trip, you're also welcome to your own campsite throughout your stay. It's a cozy spot tucked into the pines and includes a picnic table as well as access to a hot outdoor shower and a backcountry toilet (the shower and toilet are shared with 1-2 other guests at most). You can also access miles of hiking and mountain biking trails via the Bethlehem Trails Association trails right from our property! RecommendationsWe are located in the heart of the White Mountains with hiking and camping options within a short drive. There are numerous dispersed sites within an hour's drive as well as a multitude of campgrounds.The pick up location and campsite has direct mountain bike access to the Bethlehem Trails Association network.Local breweries include Reklis Brewing in Bethlehem, Iron Furnace Brewing in Franconia, Big Day Brewing in Gorham, and Schilling Brewing in Littleton. Dinning options also include Maia Papaya in Bethlehem and The Beal House in Littleton along with many others.Don't miss the Sunday farmer's market in Littleton (10am-1pm) and First Fridays in Littleton (6pm on).Other things to noteDottie is a rear wheel drive vehicle. She has aggressive tires but does have limitations. Keep this in mind when out exploring and limit your adventures to easily accessible roads (dirt roads are ok but no off-roading please).No Smoking

Kelly and I operate Riders Rest on our property in Bethlehem New Hampshire. We have a 12 foot yurt with stunning views of Mt. Washington and the presidential range as well as Dottie our rental van. There is a van site available for use which includes a private picnic table and fire ring as well access to a shared outdoor hot shower and running cold water.
