Rental includes all kitchen needs with dishes, utensils,pots and pans, coffee maker, crock pot and electric frying pan. Sheets for queen bed are provided but may bring own if you prefer. Flat screen TV’s with Fire Sticks in bedroom and living area. Living area includes dinette that seats 4 with a jackknife couch for added sleeping room. Driver and passenger captains chairs swivel for additional seating too . Additional sleeping capacity with electric drop down bed over driver and passenger seats! Ideal RV for couple or family with sleeping capacity for up to 7! DUE TO Multiple Renter Mishaps WE ARE NO Longer Able TO Allow USE OF THE Awning.What's includedFresh linens available upon request at no extra charge to renters. Also included is 2 camping chairs and large outside mat for use.Other things to notePet fee of $100 applies to pets that will accompany renters. Renters are responsible for all damages incurred. Maximum 2 pets allowed and must be cleared with owner before rental will be approved.
