This was only our second time renting an RV, and we are still learning. Don’t be misled by the listing photos — the real condition was different. The host initially agreed to meet us in person, but 15 minutes before our arrival, he suddenly claimed he would not be home. Had he told us earlier that the handoff would be fully contactless, we would have asked many more questions before arriving. When we got there, the mattress was on the ground, the fridge had a strong rotten‑egg odor, a broom was left on the floor, the sofa seat wasn’t installed properly, and the backup camera was blurred. We struggled through the setup using only his calls and texts, and only later discovered he had actually been at home THE ENTIRE TIME. When we politely asked for a quick in‑person walkthrough to confirm we had checked in correctly, he refused. His dishonesty and unwillingness to provide basic in-person support made us lose trust in both the RV’s safety and his reliability. We ultimately had to cancel and escalate the issue to the platform. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this host.

LA Casa met our every need. Completely kitted out in the kitchen. We brought our camping plates but never even unpacked them. Drove from Barrie to Tavares Fkorida over 5 days stopping at friends and Crackerbarrel stops along the way. You really get to know your family living in close quarters like that. The only thing missing was a sound proof barrier to lock my snoring in the back lol. It drives better than any transit bus I drove during my career. We had some hiccups but they were worked out quickly once we figured out what we had to do. Rookies to RVing we learned fast. I highly recommend LA Casa to any interested parties.

Michael n'était pas disponible pour nous remettre le camping car, mais il a été très réactif par messages pour essayer de nous aider à prendre en main le RV. Le camping car est très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons passé 2 semaines pleines de souvenir. En revanche, dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas plus soigné. Nous avons récupéré le véhicule très sale et malodorant. Nous avons dû passer beaucoup de temps à le nettoyer pour pouvoir nous sentir bien et profiter de notre séjour.

The RV was spotless, easy to drive, and fully stocked with essentials. The owner gave a great walkthrough and was available for questions throughout the trip. Would definitely rent again!
