Thank you!Our family bought this 2008 Coachman Freelander Tailgate Edition motorhome spring of 2017 in preparation for our epic adventure out west for the summer. When my husband and I stepped our first foot inside this motorhome, we knew we were done searching, and this was the best fit our family of 6. Granted this was not new but the previous owner barely took this thing out with less than 13K miles and had been stored annually under a fitted cover when not in use. Our first trip in this motorhome out west was amazing and this motorhome was and is such a blessing to us. Thus far we have created some amazing memories that we still all talk about. We hope that this motorhome provides you the opportunity for you and yours to create some amazing memories, as it has ours. Let us know if you have any questions at all.The interior is unique with two very large slide outs which creates a lot of space when opened. While traveling it's a bit tighter with a slight walkway (if larger may need to turn sideways) through living area, however still have access to refrigerator, microwave, bathroom and bedroom. If you are planning to dry camp and even while traveling on the road, please know that the only way the outlets are going to work, including the central air conditioning system, and microwave, that the generator will need to be turned. Turning generator on is very simple and only requires flipping a button on by the entry door. This rental includes 3 hours per day and anything over that there is a fee which you can find listed as "Generator Charges". With the floor plan, there are three areas of a "step up's" (to accommodate the slide mechanisms and storage compartments) which is to get to the kitchen (two steps up), also the couch/dinette area, and lastly to walk around the master bed.The kitchen slide out has a peninsula and 4 slots for bar stools (3 on outer peninsula and 1 in kitchen area). Kitchen will be fully stocked unless you plan to bring your own, and in that case we can remove for space purposes. The kitchen sink isn't huge but it's doable, it has a hinged flip up/down insert that while not using creates a smooth counter space. Bathroom has a typical camper layout with a sink, a couple cabinets, cubby, and a toilet. The bath door (has a vertical mirror attached) can fully open to create a space to open up to the shower area. By opening the bath door and pulling the "floor to ceiling" curtain this area for becomes private. On the exterior backside, there is another shower area that you can access but just remember its not private, only a shower-head.This motorhome can sleep 7 comfortably. The living area couch folds out to a full size bed for 2, with a newly installed 4.5" memory foam mattress. When the couch is opened into the bed mode, the living room is blocked off to the cab and entry door, so this is just something to think about in considering who sleeps here and if they are late sleepers or not. For egress while bed is out, this will require walking over the bed (not the smartest design for the maker of this motorhome). The dinette breaks down to another sleep for 2 people (if you packed your own full size memory foam to place on top, that would make this super comfy). The master bedroom has a queen sleep number mattress and 2 controllers to control comfort level for each sleeper . Another area of slumber for 1 person is in the bunker about the cab area (which has a tv and curtains to close for privacy).There are 4 tv's throughout with one of them being located outside under awning area which is nice for those late night movies and gaming. There will be a Roku stick plugged into the living room tv for your convenience, but to use you will need either the camp site wifi (some campsites discourage streaming movies), or you could use your smart phone "hotspot" and pair the devices, but remember you're using your data. Also, with watching the television, there is the antenna that can search for local channels, or the cable hook up if your campsite offers this service (most do). If dry camping, meaning no electric hook ups, then you would use the antenna or your smart phone "hotspot" is your only option for watching tv.Ample storage under the belly of the motorhome, with a modest amount of storage within the interior cabinets, cubbies and drawers, as well as under dinette bench storage.
