About this RV

This lightweight, family friendly foldable trailer comes a queen and full size bed, a fold out couch, and a u shaped nook that turns into an additional full size bed. The living space contains amenities such as a gas stove, AC / heater, a compact fridge (with ice box), lots of storage, a microwave,

and convection oven. There are water / sewer hook ups for two sinks, shower, and a toilet. For entertainment there is a tv with DVD player (upon request, a radio with CD player and auxiliary port, and board games for families adults or kids, just let us know. Outside has a retractable awning for shade.

***Potential fees***

Please dump sewage before returning, or $100 dumping charge will be applied.

Please clean up surfaces and trash before returning. If deep cleaning is required due to mess $75 cleaning fee will be applied.

***Strict no smoking policy***

No smoking, vaping, or candles. $500 deposit will be forfeited.

What’s included?

Clean sheets are provided, please bring your own pillows, blankets, and bathing towels. Two adult and two child camping chairs will be provided (can be removed if requested). Basic dishes and cookware will be provided for 8 settings.


Smithville lake is an amazing trip that is only one hour away from Independence, MO. This lake included many amenities such as a swimming beach, electric hookups at the camp grounds, and a marina where boat rentals are available.

Other things to note

Perfect camper for medium to large families. Easy set up and tear down to enjoy the most amount of time on your trip. We know family trips can get expensive and there's a lot of last minute gear grabbing from the store. Let us know if you need something for the little, we may already have it for you to use.

Garrett and his Wife were amazing to work with. Super helpful and responsive. When I didn't have the right tow hitch size, they offered theirs so that I could tow the camper. At one point during the trip, we were having a power issue. (which ended up being an issue at the site I was at and not with the camper at all) Garrett offered to send a repairman to make sure everything was good. I also misc…

The camper is older and has its age issues, but the ac was cold and it gave us a comfy place to sleep. We didn’t use the bathroom/shower, sink, stove or the back half of camper. We just needed a comfy, dry and cool place to sleep. The owner was great with communication and easy to work with. I would recommended the sway bars if towing with an SUV.

Overall we had a 1 star experience with this rental. The trailer itself is old (awning is tied with zip ties, soft spots on the floor, non functional water heater, bad trailer leveling jacks, cheap water hose busted twice and we had to repair it but sadly the list goes on. I was also charged a $25 pet cleaning fee when we were given an absolutely filthy trailer which was in kind returned spotles…
