This was a great vacation. It was hard to communicate through the website with Chris. Texting was the best and fastest option. We had some mechanical issues of no battery for transport, low tire press and no propane but Chris was quick to try to resolve these issues. He also made a special trip to correct the water issue and the non working outdoor fridge. He also transported it home for us at no additional fee. The beds were as expected and the whole vacation was perfect. We would rent an RV again!
My suggestion is to create a walk through process and instruction manual for newbies.
