Absolutely had the best, most memorable week with this little glamper. We had very sad circumstances of having to go to a funeral of my husband’s father about 700 miles away in Indiana. This “Winnie” made for a special time for our family. Going north, we stayed at a campground near Ruby Falls, TN and then a campground once we got to Indiana as well as our family’s driveway which we jokingly named “The Glampground”.This was our first time rv-ing and we had a blast. The Rv is so easy to drive and maneuver through towns and highways. Joanna went through a thorough walk through before hand and explained everything to us. While we were on our trip she was super quick to respond with my texts and always very patient and kind (even though she had already given a thorough walk through explanation before we had left). We had all of the comforts of home: Joanna had it fully stocked with all essentials: plates, glasses, silverware; coffee maker, wine opener, koozie, toaster and paper goods as well as linens. The beds were VERY comfortable. I have a hard time sleeping in strange places and actually found myself sleeping quite well each night.A few tips for first time rv’ers: A lot of campgrounds close early (like 5) so be sure to call ahead and book if you know you’ll want to stay there. We got caught having to spend the night in a Cracker Barrel parking lot which was fine (and memorable) but not what we had planned. The hookups and black/grey water dumping seem kinda daunting at first but really so easy and quick once we did it once. Total piece of cake. When we weren’t at campsites with 30 hookups, regular hookup to residential DC 120 v did not charge well or at all. You had to run the second alternator to power back the generator for enough juice to get through the night. The generator would also regenerate if driving about 1.5-2 hours. If you are staying at a campsite with water hookup you do not need to turn on water pump inside the rv. Just turn on the faucet. If you are staying at a campsite make sure you flip the switch at the breaker at the campsite to repower the generator. Make sure plug is completely in.There were no chairs so bring the collapsible folding camping chairs which can easily be stored under the back bed. There were 4 of us (2 kids and 2 adults) and this rv was the perfect size for us. It was also exceptionally clean and well maintained. The linens were great. We mostly prepared and ate the majority of our meals in the glamper. The Sirius radio and Bluetooth phone hookup were great amenities as was the great gas mileage. We never took showers in the rv as it just seemed easier to shower at the bathhouse at the campground or at our family’s house. The ac worked really well but was loud, which during the day was not a problem or noticeable. The first night it took some adjusting when we were trying to go to sleep. The next 5 nights we slept with the screens open as the weather up in Indiana dipped to the low 60’s at night (therefore noise level was a non issue). It was very enjoyable sleeping weather! We will absolutely rent from Joanna again. She is lovey and her camper perfect for our family. ❤️❤️❤️
