2" trailer ball. Tow vehicles with lower clearance and lower hitch receivers (small SUVs, wagons, vans, etc) may want or need a 2"-6" rise receiver due to the trailer tongue being higher. We do have a 2" rise receiver with ball you can borrow!Trailer has 1,700lbs dry weight and weight is usually under 2,000lbs fully loaded. Trailer has built-in trailer brakes but those are optional and not required for use. If you aren't sure if your vehicle can tow, check if your vehicle tow rating is up to 2350 Gvwr and 195lb tongue weight. Connects with either a 7pin or 4pin trailer connection on your vehicle - we have both. Note that a 4pin connection does not charge the battery when towing and does not operate the trailer brakes. The roof rack can be used to mount bikes, roof cartop box, and other gear, but all gear mounted on roof Must be removed before raising the roof.Equipped with:
The trailer comes equipped with brand new battery, propane tank, bed fans, kitchen sink, faucet with electric water pump, USB charging outlet, indoor stove and outdoor BBQ stove. The trailer will be stocked with basic camping and cleaning supplies including paper towels, plates, bowls, plasticware, trash bags, sheets and mattress covers. We have additional camp gear if you need it - please just ask! What's included• Paper towels, paper plates, bowls, plasticware, and garbage bags.
• Propane for heater, indoor stove, and outdoor grill.
• French press and coffee mugs.
• Small pot with lid, spatula, tongs, and a few other basic cooking utensils.
• Outdoor folding/rolling aluminum table.
• Sheets for both slide out beds, 2 pillows and mattress covers.
• Broom, Clorox wipes, sponge(s), Ziploc bags, lighters, basic tools.
• Other items available on request. Let us know what you need!Other things to noteNo smoking, candles, or fires inside the camper please! Please do not cook bacon or fish inside the camper - it gets grease and odor on the canvas and fabric that never really comes out and impacts us and future campers. An additional cleaning charge will apply if bacon or fish are cooked inside, if the camper smells like there was smoking, or for excessive or unplanned pet cleaning.

Review summary
Dedicated, helpful, and communicative
Makary provided pro tips, helped navigate rental pitfalls and platform communication, and was easy to work with, even providing an extra shade tent.
Easy to tow and set up
The Flagstaff Pop-Up was clean, in perfect repair, and well-equipped with comfortable beds. Guests praised its ease of hitching, towing (even with a 2-door Jeep Wrangler), and simple setup.

5.0Great instructions provided, solid camper, really generous camping box with essentials should we have needed them. It even had a solar panel. No issues, would definitely rent again and hope to soon!

5.0Makary was great help with making sure I navigated thru the pitfalls of dealing with a "rental" . Much better to communicate than to try same with Outdoorsy. Sorry guys but your communication thru your site is poor. I even had to ask Mr Hutson how to navigate your site to be able to give him a five star review.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Does the trailer include a generator, AC, or microwave?
A.
Our trailer does not have AC, microwave, or a generator.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on pickup and drop off times. We understand there are a lot of logistics involved to go on a trip, and don't want renting our pop-up to add to the stress. Just communicate what time you want to pick up - no matter how early - and late night drop offs are usually no problem.
Q.
How do I setup the trailer?
A.
If you have never used a pop-up tent trailer before - or if you have never set one up one your own- PLEASE plan additional time at pick up to learn how to setup without damaging components. We are happy to teach you!! Pop ups are relatively simple especially with the electric winch - but it is surprisingly easy to cause permanent damage that is difficult to repair to moving parts, canvas, roof, walls and the door if you don't carefully follow the order of operations during setup and break down!
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The trailer has a 30-amp plug and adapter to fit a standard outlet. The standard wall outlets on the trailer and the small refrigerator will only work if you are plugged into electricity. All other electric-powered accessories will work on battery (12v) including the LED ceiling lights, blower for propane heater, water faucet pump, USB-outlet, bed fans, bed heaters, and electric winch. If you are plugged in, the battery will stay charged.
