Understanding and helpful owner

Matt was understanding when a snowstorm caused a return delay, and communicated well when assistance was needed with tent assembly.

Easy to tow, handles terrain

Many renters found it easy to tow, even over mountain passes and off-road, noting its stability. It comes fully supplied with working amenities and is well-maintained.

Great trailer, and a good price for it. I had it for a week, and it all ran fine. I towed it out to WY and back for a fishing trip. He had it well supplied, with all the necessary items. All parts of the unit worked (water, stove, heater, etc). It even had cool rock lights. The trailer is a bit over 2, 000lbs. I used an older Toyota Tacoma v6, and it did ok with it. I even pulled it over Teton Pass (10% grades), and my truck could pull it, albeit in lower gears. It was easy to control, never got wiggly or anything. The trailer brakes worked. He even had new tires put on it. You can tell he keeps this trailer up well. Matt was super nice. I had to delay my return for a day due to a freak snowstorm, and Matt was super cool about it. I just didn't want his trailer in pieces if things got sideways in the snow. I did go across a bit of snow on one pass, and the trailer did fine. I would totally rent this trailer again.
