5Marc was very communicative throughout the process which made things so easy. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We were late for our arrival but Marc was very accommodating. The rental has a great deal of features that made our stay very comfortable. He walked us through all the do's and don'ts for the rental and made sure that we had a fantastic trip. He even suggested some local activities that made our trip even better. Thanks again Marc. We'll definitely be seeing you again.

• General housekeeping is expected and cleaning supplies are provided to guests. Before checking out, please sweep the floor, wipe down the counters, wash and put away dishes if used and remove your trash. If these requirements are not met an additional cleaning fee of $200.00 may apply.
• Interior Damage Protection Plan is requested to insure your security deposit is returned if any damage occurs inside the unit.
• A $500.00 SMOKING/PET fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking or pet presence is found.
• LATE FEE: A $100 late fee will be applied if the renter arrives 30 minutes or more after scheduled delivery time.
