2019 Jayco Precept 36A Bunkhouse ready for its next adventure! Whether you're a couple, family or just headed out for a weekend fishing trip - whatever it may be, our RV will make you feel right at home! Our 38' Class A Motorhome comes equipped with 3 slides, retractable awning, a King sized bed in it's own room with tv and attached private Full Master Bathroom, full length Bunk Beds with privacy curtains & tv's with built in DVD players (could also serve as extra storage if traveling or using as a work home!), living area with TV, board/card games, DVD's for all ages, Roku (requires Wifi), dinette table that converts into a bed, two electric recliner chairs, 2nd full hall bathroom, driver & passenger seats turn to face the living area for additional seating, microwave/convection oven combo, full-sized residential refrigerator, two A/C and heater units (one in the living area and another in bedroom), comes fully stocked with dishes/silverware/cookware, outdoor shower, full hook-ups, outdoor entertainment area with TV & radio, Blackstone Flat Top Grill, tons of cabinet and storage space inside camper, as well as large storage compartments underneath camper for transporting chairs, tents, and other necessities!Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Denver International Airport, and close proximity to Colorado National Parks! Let our home away from home be your next Rocky Mountain Retreat!Please note: There is an additional fee if you would like us to empty the black (waste) tanks for you after your rental (no fee if emptied by renter), additional cleaning fee if you use the Blackstone flat-top grill and would like us to clean it (no fee if cleaned sufficiently by renter); and if you are to rent during the Winter (sometimes Spring/Fall), there may be a fee for de-winterizing the unit before your rental and re-winterizing afterwards, weather pending. Absolutely NO smoking inside the motorhome.
Like any RV, nothing is to be flushed down the toilet except for Septic Safe Toilet Paper. Tissues, "flushable wipes," feminine products, ect will damage the septic system and could result in costly repairs.
Fun and/or relaxation is mandatory.
