Pickup & Return • Renter must perform walk-around inspection with owner/agent at pickup and return; both parties initial any preexisting damage. Insurance & Liability • Owner’s insurance may not cover renter-caused damage; renter responsible for deductible and uninsured loss. • Renter liable for fines, tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during rental. Security Deposit & Damage • Damage beyond normal wear-and-tear paid by renter. Mechanical issues resulting from renter negligence are renter’s responsibility. • Any damage must be reported immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed except in true emergencies—with receipts. Maintenance & Operation • Renter agrees to follow operating instructions for all systems (engine, generator, slide-outs, awning, leveling jacks, water systems). • Regular basic maintenance (engine oil, coolant levels, tire pressure checks) must be performed as instructed; owner handles scheduled services. • Do not drive through deep water, off-road, or on roads posted as restricted for RVs. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions • No smoking inside the RV. Smoking outdoors only; excessive smoke odor cleaning fee applies. • No open flame or indoor use of charcoal or hibachi grills inside the unit. • No illegal substances or unlawful activity in or around the RV. • No towing of vehicles or trailers unless pre-approved and equipment provided. • No subletting; only approved drivers permitted. Cleaning & Supplies • Renter returns unit reasonably clean: dishes washed, trash removed, linens in provided condition. Excessive cleaning fee applies. • Inventory checklist provided at pickup; missing or broken items charged at replacement cost. Failure to Comply • Violations may result in immediate repossession, loss of deposit, additional fees, and possible legal action.
