7/14/2024Cleanliness: Please note we have received a couple of comments about the cleanliness of the RV. The RV is guaranteed to be lysoled and cleaned prior to your departure. I cannot guarantee there will not be dust that accumulates in some areas or during the towing process. It is very easy for dust to accumulate in these travel trailers. This is a camper, not a bed and breakfast, please tailor your expectations as to such.Delivery Update: Please check your campsite before I deliver. I do not deliver to sites that take 20 minutes to back into due to trees or etc crowding the site.Indulge yourself in a RV that has all the things you'd want from home in the convenience of an RV. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, leather seating, Power awning, power jacks, outdoor speakers, 32" TV, Blue LED lighting underneath the RV for the night, Awning lights, Glass enclosed shower, and so much more! Has a queen bed that can sleep 2 adults, a leather sofa that turns into a bed that can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children, and a dinette area that turns into a sleeper that can hold 1 adult or two small children.We include extra amenities free of charge such as:

Other things to noteRULES:Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. When you return the unit we will check the levels on the tanks to make sure they are empty. If the tanks are not emptied a fee of $75 will be added.Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or strong gumbo. Do not flush food down the drains.Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are $1200 to replace (up to $5000 for the automatic one I have) and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, tollroad, etc) are 100% your responsibility and could exceed your security/damage deposit amount.Cleaning: There is a mandatory $20 cleaning fee. This is to help offset the cost of toiletry items provided, washing and sanitizing the hard surfaces as well as the linens. The inside of the RV is expected to be free of mud/dirt when dropped off. If extra cleaning is needed to get rid of mud/dirt we will contact you to discuss a fee.Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be caged when inside the RV due to the upholstery. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Most days I can have the RV ready by noon. I do not accept returns past 5 PM. If there RV is returned after 5 an additional day will be added to the rental.
