Super clean, nice camper. lightweight, can be pulled with 1/2 ton pickup. Sleeps 6-7 comfortably. King Sofa in living area, dinette sleeps 2, queen in master. 3 slideouts, outdoor kitchen, tv flips to outside, two awnings, and two AC units if access to 50 amp power. Can also set up for use at local RV Parks in the area, or at Brazos Expo center.
