Like new 2020 Fleetwood Southwind 37F; enjoy this spacious, clean and cozy Class A today! We can deliver and set up the rig at Lake Lanier so that you can camp by the lake, or we are open to you driving it to your own destination.*Inside, you will enjoy the residential fridge and freezer, convection oven, one of the four TV's, DVD player, electric fireplace, electric stovetop, deep well sinks, one and a half baths, and tons of storage space. There is a king bed in the back, an electric drop down queen bed over the cab, two full size bunk beds and the dinette converts to a bed.While outside, turn on the LED lights under the RV, put the awning out with their lights, and enjoy the outside TV/radio system. Plenty of outside bay storage as well!This rig has approximately 20,000 miles, and was our full time home for 2 years, so we took great care of it. It is a gas (Ford Triton V10 engine) and has a large water holding tank, tankless hot water heater, two A/C systems to keep you cool and an auto-leveling jack system. The power hook up has an auto retract feature, and there is an outdoor faucet/sprayer set up as well. We can even provide a bike rack at no charge if you wish.Basic neccessities are already included for you along with sheets, towels, pillows, plates, cups, pots, pans, and more. We are very flexible, and will work with you to make your RV experience great! We can set the rig up for you at Lake Lanier or we are open to bringing to to campgrounds within a certain radius of Atlanta.
