Queen bed in the front main bedroom, with closet space on each side.
Bunk house is located in the rear with two bunks (four beds total). One lower bunk can fold out into a small dinette. Great area for kids!
Both the U shape dinette and couch in main living area can convert into beds for one adult or two kids.
Bedding and pillows are provided for each sleeping space.
Storage can be found under beds, dinette, and couch for any extra belongings.Dinette and couch provide sufficient seating. Great space while spending time indoors. Tv is installed in main living area, with Roku remote.The kitchen is moderately stocked with pots & pans, cooking utensils, bowls, and paper products. Trash bags will be stocked in the camper. Please prepare to bring your own baggies, aluminum foil, etc..Bathroom is equipped shower/tub combo. Towels will be provided.Some basic cleaning supplies will also be available for use. Please bring your personal toiletries.This travel trailer is equipped with an outdoor awning, with exterior lights and speakers! Outdoor rug and chairs are available. Chairs Included: two adult camping chairs and four kids hammock chairs.
A small portable gas grill is available upon request.The camper will be cleaned and sanitized between each rental, including cleaning of all linens. It is expected that the trailer is returned in a similar manner in which it was upon your arrival. If we determine that the trailer is not in the same state, we will keep a portion of your security deposit for any excessive cleaning.Pets are welcome, but please be responsible for your furry friends or family members. If any excessive pet messes or damages are found, we will keep a portion of your security deposit to rectify any cleanup or damages.We do offer delivery and setup. Leave the hard work up to us, so you can enjoy the fun!What's includedStored under the dinette are 2x large folding chairs and 4x children's hammock camp chairs.

5.0Easy/quick set up. Bunks were definitely not the length of a twin bed but made due. Camper had enough supplies provided to last the trip. Host graciously pre-chilled the fridge/freezer. There were 2 live roaches inside on delivery but the RV itself was clean. Ants kept getting in as well but our campground was teeming with those. No visible openings though. Friendly and responsive. Would rent again for the easy pet policy.
