Book this trip last minute camper was amazing clean and well appointed. The treat basket we found with snack snacks, and a bottle of wine was amazing. Not only was the camper clean and what we needed, but we managed to leave a few things behind in our generous post offered to ship them to us. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. We’ll definitely look this camper up again our next trip to Tyler.!!

NO SMOKING/VAPING: Our rig is 100% smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside will result in an automatic $500 deep-clean fee for professional odor removal. No Roof Access: For your safety and to prevent expensive damage to the 5-slide roof seals. Late Fee: Returns after 12:00 PM without prior approval will result in a $50/hour fee. • • PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Rules: Pets must be house-trained and kept off all furniture/beds. No pets should be left unattended inside unless crated. Fees: A non-refundable fee applies. Evidence of "accidents," pet damage, or excessive hair will result in a $500 professional deep-cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. Responsibility: Renters must clean up all waste at the campsite immediately. Any damage to screens, furniture, or flooring is the renter's full responsibility. Excessive sand, red dirt, mud, spills, food mess, pet hair, or debris beyond normal use may result in an additional deep-cleaning fee of up to $250.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

We are a full-service delivery and setup rental, so we handle all standard campground hookups for you. Once we deliver the camper, we connect the electric, water, and sewer when available at your site, get everything set up, and make sure the camper is ready for your stay. When your trip is over, we come back to disconnect everything, pack up, and pick up the camper. You do not have to tow it, park it, level it, hook it up, or break it down — just show up and enjoy the trip.

Can the camper run on a generator?

No, we do not provide a generator, and this camper requires a reliable 50-amp power source to properly run both A/C units and camper systems.

What information do you need before delivery?

We will need your campground name, site number, check-in time, and any gate codes or special access instructions. We also ask that you confirm what hookups are available at your site.

Do we need to reserve the campsite?

A.

Yes. Guests are responsible for reserving and paying for the campsite directly with the campground. Our rig is a big girl, and will need a large, perferably pull-thru space wide enough for all the slides. Once your site is booked, send us the campground details and site number.
