Travels with Alice. Alice, our Airstream Sport 22' is an American icon. A silver two-wheeled escape pod to enjoy the outdoors. Alice has a GVW of 4,500 and requires a 5,000 lbs towing capacity vehicle, totally equipped with a tow package, standard seven prong round electrical harness and electronic break controller (or rent our wireless system). Hitch height (top of the inside of the square hole of the receiver) no more than 20" above the ground. We require minimum of 2 years trailer ownership and towing experience.Alice is in pristine condition inside and out. She sleeps 2 adults in a front queen size bed and 1 adult or 2 kids in the convertible dinette. We want you to enjoy Alice as much as we do and require that you treat her well and keep her clean so that we and others can enjoy her after your rental. Absolutely no smoking, no climbing on or placing anything on roof, no Burning Man, no Mexico or Alaska. No pets without prior approval, no candles/open flames. Dump black/grey water before return (otherwise $75 dump fee). Refill propane before returning for long rentals. ( otherwise $10 + cost fee). Cleaning fee if not returned cleaned($150 fee).Have guests or family coming to town and need extra room? We will deliver and set up within a reasonable distance ($2 per mile plus $50 set up fee).The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to create a perfect meal. Plates, silverware, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cooking pans, cooking ware, chef knifes, can opener, salad bowls, Housekeeping items (1 roll paper towels, toilet paper,dish towels, sponge, dish soap, collapsible broom and dust pan). Linens ( fitted and flat sheets).We follow Outdoorsy recommendations and require a $1,500 security deposit. Must follow Renters Manual and checklists provided on pick-up / walk-thru). Pickup time 4pm-7pm first day of rental. Drop off 7am-11am. Late fee: You can extend your rental (depending on availability) but there will be a penalty if you encroach on someone else's rental.No awning use (replacement is $3000 plus 2 weeks in the shop)Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience with Alice. We will spend time walking you through the features of the trailer and answering any questions you may have. We will also be available to answer questions during your stay and work with you to meet the schedule you have for your trip. It's not just the camper that makes the trip. First time with an Airstream. It will be hard to go back. “Alice” is beautiful, well kept, super clean and every bit as described. Bed is very comfortable for a 6’4” sleeper. Penny was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an awesome time.

Great experience. Penny was great to work with. No surprises. She worked to ensure all went as planned and went the extra mile to ensure all the hookups and understanding of the RV were worked out in advance. Would recommend to family and friends. RV was in great condition (like new) and towed without issue.
