Add-On Upgrades are available to choose your own adventure.Comfort - Bed, Couch Bed, Hammock
Two people, or a solo traveler, fit very comfortably in the full size bed with plush pillows and comforter. Attach the van hammock to the frame hooks and make time for that book you’ve been meaning to read while you listen to the ocean waves. Thick couch cushions can make down into a second short-bed.Freedom - Power, Water, Cooking
Spontaneity is yours when you're off grid wherever you go. No hook-ups needed; the self contained solar electrical system powers a plug-in for charging devices, lights, TV, water pump, and stand up fridge/ freezer. With conscious energy use, it’s all I ever need; leave home anything with high power or a heating element like blow dryer or electric kettle. There’s 40 gallons of fresh water and a 40 gallon gray tank to match. Propane powerd a cooking stove, and the kitchen sink and back-outdoor shower hot water.Exploration Mileage
150 miles per day is added for a total mileage allowance included with your the trip. Overage is not a problem, but is $0.38/ mile, that is charged after return.Washer/Dryer
Washer & Dryer are listed under amenities for search-ability. They available as a reasonably priced Add On Upgrade. They fit in the back, and can usually be run off the solar. Long trips are welcomed. Explore the diverse beauty of California or beyond.Generator
Back-up generator is included, with unlimited hours, though rarely, if ever, used.AC / Heater Unit
Unit is powered by its own built in battery system that can be recharged by 1) cigarette lighter plug while driving, or 2) regular electric outlet at a campsite or building, and 3) from the generator with an extension cord. Not to be recharged from van solar system so as not to drain it. The amount of time it lasts depends on use settings. It’s a Dual AC / Heater Unit. EcoFlow Wave 2 if you’d like to look it up.Toilet is Bucket Kit
There is no built in toilet or black water tank. What I have is a pretty handy toilet kit that can be useful when you’re camping away from a better bathroom option. It’s a bucket with a bag and a toilet seat. Throw away bags after use. Return it empty and sanitized to avoid charges. Bags and toilet paper included. If you don’t need it for your rental, just let me know and I can leave it out so it’s not taking up space.Pets Are Welcome
Please select the required $75 pet cleaning fee. If there is pet damage, or pets brought without approval, $ will have to come out of your deposit.Home- Built Charm
Being a home built van, once in a while, troubleshooting can become needed. I always do my best to help make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I’m working on an instructional hand book that will help explain the use of every component. (Coming soon.)Pick Up & Drop Off
Times listed are a placeholder and we can connect to see what time works best. Your vehicle can be left at the property while you’re on your trip. I’m working on a system contactless pick up / drop off option. I can provide you a document with info on how to use the van. I’m also in the process of creating a full van handbook. (coming soon) This will all allow me to be flexible and accommodate your schedule and mine better and allow you to be off on your adventure quicker. But if you prefer in person, just let me know though. Van delivery and stationary set up *might* be possibible, depending on my availability and location. Feel free to reach out to ask.Contribute to a Cool Vision

The Van was such a great way to experience Yosemite! The bed was super cozy and warm at night. It was also easy to warm up in the morning to get the chill off. Having a stove to cook food or heat up water is such a nice feature to make traveling easier. All the amenities needed to cook are provided which is great for packing light. It was wonderful to snuggle up in the evenings with the solar powered light on and a book. Sarah is a great host to communicate with and she is incredibly accommodating! One of the kindest and most responsive hosts you will encounter for sure. I would highly recommend renting this van to travel and get in touch with nature, or head to a festival.

The van known as Mrs. Tasha is offered by a delightful hostess, Sarah, who goes out of her way to make your experience hassle free and rewarding. Sarah keeps friendly communication open as needed allowing flexibility to your schedule and is responsive to all other needs that may arise.
Ms. Tasha was comfortable and easy to drive. She cruised up a 25% grade as we summited a 9500 foot elevation pass. The food and beverages stayed cold and the bed was comfy throughout my five night experience. I didn’t use the optional AC/heating unit as it wasn’t necessary. The propane stove was efficient and Ms. Tasha was stocked with everything I needed utensil-wise. Overall, an easy, fun and wonderful experience. Mahalo to my amazing hostess Sarah !

At the start of the trip, Sarah clearly listened to our concerns, Helped us learn the van. We explained what we wanted to do and she set us up to do it. We took a a lovely vacation with great scenery. Even though it rained during much of our trip, we were safe and cozy in her van. We had a great experience and would do it again in a minute. Seeing giant redwoods in the rain seemed like a perfect environmental experience!

Q.How much will the solar power?
A.
4 Roof Mounted Solar Panels, a 400 Watt Solar Charge Controller, and 300 Amp Hours in Batteries powers all the essentials plus some. With conscious energy consumption, it's all I ever really need. Solar covers: Refrigerator/ Freezer, Water Pump, Lights, Phone or Laptop Charging, TV, Most other things you may want to plug in. (Anything high power, or with a heating element like a coffee maker, heating kettle, blow dryer, clothes dryer or air conditioner should be plugged in to the generator)
Q.Tell me about the kitchen...
A.
Whether you like the ease of pepping food ahead, or cooking fresh meals on journey, Mrs.Tasha’s got you covered.
Good sized fridge & freezer for plenty of food & drinks.
Two burner stove top, with oven for baking.
Two cabinets stocked with essential kitchen gear.
Somewhat limited counter space, but a fold out kitchen table makes up for it.
Coffee fixings! You can’t miss the quintessential camper van moment of drinking coffee in bed while overlooking your newly discovered incredible view!
Q.How does the water system work?
A.
You can feel free with the convenience of being able to wash your hands, face, teeth, or dishes whenever you feel like it, with the little stainless steel kitchen sink that flows with cold and hot water.
A 40 gallon Fresh Water Tank, pump, and 40 gallon Grey Water Tank for used water. You can shower with the trees, in the breeze, with the outdoor shower off the back door. Bamboo standing platform and curtain enclosure give privacy and ease. Hot Water from On-Demand Propane soothes the soul.
Q.What is the toilet situation?
A.
Not included, but available as an 'Add On', is a fold out toilet with bags that can be disposed of. You can sit yourself with it inside the van or put in outdoors inside shower curtain enclosure between the back doors. This can allow you to really get off the grid and into nature, or take an extra long trip. Must be returned cleaned or additional fee.
