4Host was amazing, the bus was reliable and did what it needed! It did have some quirks but they made it an original experience for sure. The unlimited kms were an absolute game changer for us. Thank you!

5Great service! The communication between us and Harry was great! He was quick and direct. The airport collection and drop off was a great service which made our life’s a lot easier. The van life was so much fun and we had everything we needed- the bed was soooo comfy! We travelled from Calgary - Jasper - Banff - Canmore and Kananaksis and the van didn’t give us any trouble. I would highly recommend booking with Harry and his glacier camper team - overall great service! We would definitely book with them again and will be sure to recommend them to friends/family who may be looking to do something similar! Thank you Harry 😁

3PRO: Communication was really great. They offer great service. Pick up/drop off of the van was straight forward and easy. The van was set up, clean, and ready to use. The van drives well and had no issues. CONS: There was 1 small table provided, which was too small. Definitely needs a bigger table or at least 1 extra table. I was only provided with 1 small pack of matches. A BBQ lighter was definitely a must if you have any sort of wind trying to light the BBQ. The window coverings didn't really fit the windows and there wasn't enough to fit all the windows. The cooler I got only had 1 handle as the other handle was broken. This made it pretty tricky when you had a full cooler with stuff. Also, the cooler was just a bare bones coleman cooler. On a hot day, these coolers just don't do the job. A more higher end cooler like a yeti would have made it better. The van should come with some plug in fans. On hot days, the van just roasts in the sun. The van didn't have much for storage cupboards, which made it tricky to where to put all my food and clothing. Some built in storage would have been really great. The van didn't come with a front windshield heat reflector. The bodum didn't work very well and with making coffee there was lots of grounds. The bin of dishes only came with 1x towel and 1x dish cloth. When doing a week long trip it's essentially to have more towels and dish cloths. The dish soap only came with a small amount of soap. I'm giving this rating a 3 star only because there was a number of items that should have been added to this van to make the trip a whole lot better.
