This unit is known as our Family Fun Machine! This unit is a Class-C Sunseeker that is extremely easy to drive, maneuverable, fuel efficient, and spacious for the entire family and friends. Power Awning, lots of storage inside, and out. Includes camping chairs, toiletry, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking supplies, and fresh linens included!This unit provides plenty of room for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, A/C, and heating, etc. Great for camping on the spot, or adventures on the road… you decide!Please be respectful: No smoking, vaping, no concerts/festivals, and no pets. We will have the vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready to go. Please return the unit the same way!We follow strict guidelines with Covid-19. We sanitize the entire unit, and extra focus on high traffic areas, like handles, knobs, steering wheel, bathroom etc. for your safety.We do also provide delivery service for your convenience. For an additional cost, we will deliver and pickup the unit from your selected location within a 50kms radius. Please select the delivery option from the first page after selecting your dates, or in the (optional add-ons) section.If there are any special requests, please don’t hesitate to ask. Also no climbing on the roof of the RV, as it is dangerous and you can be seriously injured.- Pick-up time is available upon request anytime after 11am, and must be returned no later than 11am. Early pick-up or late returns may be available upon request, but must discussed ahead of time.- PLEASE NO SMOKING, or vaping inside the RV. Additional charges WILL be applied if smoke/smoking damages are detected after the RV has been returned.- Please be respectful of the RV property, and usage. We try to give everyone the best experience as possible. Please treat this unit as if it is your own.**ONLY RV rated chemicals and toilet paper are permitted for the RV. These items are included with your rental - 1 toilet paper roll per day. Please DO NOT flush anything other then the RV rated toilet paper down the toilet, as this WILL clog the tanks when flushing.**Black and Grey tank indicators MUST display empty when returned. Even if you emptied it, indicators have to show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station, and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next renters like yourself. I will have to charge the dumping fee of $150. This process is very time consuming and 30mins away, hence the charge. Thank you for your understanding.**Daily mileage included per night is 100 Kms (60 miles), overage charge CAD$0.55/Kms.

- Prep fee: $110.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing (based on COVID-19 cleaning standards) prior to each rental. Also re-supplying amenities, and making sure everything is 100% ready for your upcoming trip.

We are flexible and try to accommodating every request. Please let us know, and we will do our best.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We will have instruction manuals for you as well as go through it with you at drop-off or pick-up! Its not that hard!
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Operating the RV is super easy. I will provide operating instructions for everything in the RV. My walkaround will also ensure you are comfortable before hitting the road. Feel free to contact me with any questions at anytime!
