That is twice the length of standard car. • Backing Up: When backing up, ALWAYS use a spotter. Never back up without a spotter. • Turning: The RV has a long rear overhang. Take wide turns and remember to check for obstructions on Both Sides of the RV making taking tight turns. • Dips: The RV has a long rear overhang. Drive very slow and at an angle when encountering dips or over raised speed humps. • Stopping: The RV Weights ±14500 pounds (6.5 ton). That is 4 times a typical motor car and takes 4 times longer to stop. Always drive below the speed limit. Keep longer following distances (5 seconds or more). Decelerate well in advance of planned stops. • Height: The RV is 13 feet (4 m) high. Take note of overhead obstructions, especially tree branches at camp sites.
