John and his wife are lovely people and they've priced their trailer rental reasonably. But advertising a 2012 trailer as 'like new' stretches things a bit. Commercial trailers are mostly not built very well and with time they begin to show their age. This one does with some interior paneling beginning to pull away because it is assembled with a staple every two feet or so. Other minor problems like door lock tumblers that came out, loose plumbing handles, and old molding that was beginning leak, were annoyances easy to work around. Other problems a little less so. For whatever reason, there were next to no cooking utensils and pots and pans provided. If you are flying into Calgary for a two week vacation like us, what were we supposed to do, go out and buy all the stuff necessary to use the trailer's kitchen? Certainly we shouldn't be required to bring cooking equipment with us; that's what a trailer is for... The most serious problem was the trailer batteries that didn't take or hold their charge. Thank God we rented John's generator, but had to use it every day just to keep the 12v lights going.

Absolutely amazing experience renting with John. The trailer was clean, very well outfitted, and John was extremely prompt and helpful as well as polite and accommodating. Set up was easy and the slide out made for a super spacious area. Also towed very nicely with a Ram 1500. Without a doubt the best trailer rental my wife and I have had to date. Will be our #1 choice for as long as it’s available.

John and Olivia were amazing to work with. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make this rental experience exceptional. This trailer is great for families and has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home.
This trailer is even better than what the photos show.

Camper was perfect for what we were looking for. While we didn't use any of the many extra items and used more for shelter, it was comforting knowing that we could use everything as it was all in working order and clean. John and his team member were very understanding of our time line and allowed us to have the camper for a few extra hours to get it back to them cleaned and drained.

We had an amazing week renting their trailer. Everything was very clean and modern, and the trailer layout suited us perfectly. All features inside and out were fully functional and easy to use.
John and Olivia were so thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process.
They were always prompt to respond to any questions we had. They also took the time and care to go through their trailers use and features well before our rental week, and also the day of, to make sure we were equipped and able to enjoy their trailer and our family camping experience.
