- Solar power: >500W solar charging system, 550Ahr battery bank with 2000W inverter - full 120Vac power. Turn all the lights on, charge your devices and use the toaster without plugging in.
- Large fridge/freezer that can fit a weeks worth of food
- Dividers separate into 3 sleeping areas

- Limit of one dog, no cats. Pet details must be disclosed and approved.

- No smoking. Any evidence of smoking will forfeit damage deposit.
