2018 Thor Majestic
A beautiful 2018 model with updated cabinetry, curtains, and fabrics…and low kms!Millie is very easy to drive. She features an automatic with cruise and overdrive options. There is a TON of storage space in the cargo area at the back for all your luggage and personal items. Millie features a 150L fresh water tank, 92L grey tank, and 92L black tank. She has a king bed over the cab, a queen bed at the back, and the dinette folds down into a child-size bed suitable for 1-2 kids.Millie has a 3 burner propane stove top, microwave, sink, fridge/freezer, ceiling mounted electric AC unit, heater, plenty of cabinet and overhead cupboard space. She also has a rear bath which includes a sink/vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet, an adult shower and a foot flush toilet.Please note Millie will be winterized and parked at the end of August / early September until the next spring.What's includedYou're able to customize Millie with whatever items we supply in any quantity (up to 6) for a fee. Please see the add-ons section for details.We can provide linens or sleeping bags, towels, table settings (plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery), an assortment of pots & pans, pot holders, a kettle, matches, and up to 6 camp chairs. There is a table included in the cargo area (stored as a part of the floor - just remove it when you arrive!)
RecommendationsWe have camped all over Alberta in both Provincial and Federal campgrounds. We're big fans of spending time in Banff and the gorgeous Rocky Mountains (which are ~ 1 hour west of Calgary), so we head that way most often! There are plenty of adventures to go on, from easy hikes to horseback riding, kayaking on the river or checking out the Gondola on Sulphur Mountain! If you're chasing the sun, check out Dinosaur Provincial Park for great weather and hikes!Other things to notePlease treat our Millie with respect! This is our family motorhome, so we're looking for renters who will treat her like we would.Since the owners have strong allergies to most pets, we unfortunately can't accept reservations with pets.We are non-smokers, so no smoking or vaping inside the unit.No climbing on Millie’s roof.A damage inspection and inventory will be completed upon pick up and drop off which you will need to acknowledge and sign. This process shouldn't take more than an hour and will familiarize you with Millie, how to empty tanks, how to drive her properly, and what to expect…and will let us get to know each other :)Accepting the roadside assistance and insurance coverage is mandatory.Other fees:An Uber to/from the airport is ~ $35 each way.If you would like Millie brought to / picked up from the airport, a fee of $75 for each will be applied. Please provide ample time from the airport for your flight and Millie's check-in / check-out process.Millie will be provided to you clean both inside and out. There is a required $150 cleaning fee, which will be used to sanitized and clean her to our standards. Please return Millie in the condition you received her in to avoid additional charges. Great experience! Very efficient with communication and helpful. We aren’t from the same province so Arlene was very helpful with suggestions. Kind and courteous. Unit was clean and everything was explained well. I would highly recommend. We picked up the RV in Calgary and drove to Banff, then jasper, back to Banff and then back to Calgary. Such a fun experience and Arlene was super helpful and kind.
