We had a great family trip with this RV. We rented in June and having a heater was a big help at night. The RV was clean on arrival and they had flexibility with pick up and drop off times. For those flying into Calgary, we rented a 1 ton truck from Enterprise Commercial and it worked out great. We would rent this RV again.

The hosts were very accomodating with pick-up/drop-off times which made things easier. Communication was good, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when going through the RV. The RV was in great shape and very comfortable for our family of 5. Everything worked and it felt clean and well taken cared for.

Had a great time using the trailer! It was spotless and immaculate condition when we received it, exactly as described. They provided the hitch with sway bars free of charge, which felt really stable when driving in windy conditions. The beds were comfortable enough to house 3 adults and 3 children.
