3.0Our stay in the RV was okay, the rv itself could be very nice with a little bit of maintence. Stabalizer jacks didnt work, generator didnt start when we needed it, there were no leveling blocks so we found the flattest angle in our camp site parking spot, the mattress was wore out to the point we went and bought added padding to get by on our stay, shower curtain was tore.. The RV wasn't preped for us when we picked it up, after a long day of driving that was the last thing we wanted to do. We had to dump the gray tank before we set up at our camp site and the propane tank was only half full so nights got a little chilly in order to conserve the propane for the length of our trip. The RV was clean and it worked well for our stay, just a few more added convivences would have made our trip that much better. For the price we were paying for the RV and seeing the pictures in the add we assumed we were getting a Brand New RV. So when we found all these issues it was disappointing being we were paying a premium price for an okay experience.

5.0Yang was a Life Saver! after landing in Calgary I got a message saying our previous RV was cancelled on us due to being stolen. Yang was able to have the RV cleaned and ready to go in no time, responds super quick and was very helpful.
