Let me start by saying this is an excellent beginner trailer. I’ve towed a bunch of different trailers over the years and this thing tows like a dream. Our v6 suv towed this over hwy 17 into Santa Cruz without any hesitation. The bed I slept on in the front was very comfortable. There is a smart tv up there we connected to the internet that worked great. Everything else worked as designed. Trailer was clean when i picked it and John and his brother were extremely friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend if this will be your first time renting a trailer. Overall a great experience for my first time renting through outdoorsy.

We had such a great time in this van, which felt like our second home. Traveling in December/January across the mountains to the deserts and ocean, we experienced all type of weather and temperature and were always cozy and warm in the van thanks to the wood paneling acting as insulation and the great bed linens. We rarely needed to turn on the heater, but appreciated having it for the coldest nights. The van was just as described: comfy, well decorated and fully equipped. We did not want for anything or need to bring anything extra. The communication with Sid was prompt and smooth and his enthusiasm for our trip was adorable. Would happily rent it again!

Mikhail was super clear and helpful explaining the RV and all its features, and the listing was as detailed as it should be. The RV was in great condition and was delivered ready to hit the road. I had a couple of very minor issues during the trip, and he either helped me solve them quickly or was very understanding.
