Gurdev was a great host. Communication was excellent, he accommodated our pickup and drop-off times, and the van was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. He took the time to explain everything, making our Yosemite and Bass Lake trip easy and enjoyable. Waking up in the rooftop bed surrounded by the forest overlooking the lake was definitely a trip highlight.
The only issue was a tire that slowly lost air. Gurdev was very responsive, but the roadside assistance included in the insurance package we purchased through outdoorsy was a frustrating experience. The first technician couldn't replace the tire, which forced us to change our plans and cost us a day of our trip before a second technician quickly resolved the issue.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely rent from Gurdev again.

We had a great trip in Jeff's van! It was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our family of 4 on our trip up to Lassen. Jeff was super responsive as well.

My wife and two small kids loved the van! It was clean and well equipped for our camping adventure. All of the van’s features were easy to use, especially with a thorough run through with Nicolai prior to departure. Driving the van was easy and fun. We would love to rent the van again or even consider one of our own!
