Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible for pick ups and deliveries. Pick up is available at most times throughout weekdays, as well on weekends. Delivery is available within a 100 mile area, however due to work constraints, I may be a little more limited on the times I can deliver during the week but I will do my best to make things work for your trip! The earlier that you make a reservation and set the pick up/deliver times, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I recommend getting the electric plugged in first to get that A/C running. Included is a surge protector and a 50-30amp plug adapter so you wont have any issues with receptacle compatibility. The freshwater hose will go in the trailer, or if no water hook up is available, the freshwater holding tank can be filled prior to departing. Sewage can either be on your site, or at common dump site in the campground. 20ft of hose is included for ease of dumping in either situation.
