This was my first time renting an RV trailer and I would definitely rent from Michael again. Easy to deal with, good communication and everything was as described in ad. This unit is clean and new and everything's in working condition. Absolutely no complaints.

This was our first-ever RV trip, and overall it was a very memorable experience for our family of five. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip. As first-time RV renters, we had many questions, and whenever I reached out, he was always willing to help. On our very first night, he even responded to my stupid question around midnight., which I truly appreciated and gave us a lot of reassurance.
There were, however, a few issues with the RV itself. The biggest one for us was that the AC did not work properly while we were driving, which made some of the longer drives uncomfortable for the family. As a first time RV renter I wish I could have asked more questions before get going.
Despite these issues, I really appreciate how supportive and patient the owner was throughout our trip. His responsiveness made a big difference whenever we needed help, and overall this RV trip gave our family some wonderful memories.
