Review summary
Provides accommodating delivery, setup
Kip and Heather often receive praise for flexible delivery, setup, and thorough explanations. However, one reviewer experienced issues with a non-working generator, an un-prepped fridge, unresponsiveness to an alarm, and disputed charges for items claimed dirty at delivery.
Pulls smoothly for towing
The RV is consistently praised as clean, spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked with essentials like towels, dishes, and outdoor gear, accommodating families up to 5 adults. One reviewer noted issues with generator function, a partially full black tank, and carpet condition at delivery.

5.0We were thoroughly impressed with the service, from delivery to pickup. Kip delivered and set up the RV, taking the time to explain its operation. The RV proved to be an excellent choice for our church camp, providing sufficient space for our family. The unit was clean and well-maintained, with a generous supply of towels and toilet paper. We look forward to renting again in the future.

5.0The camper was clean and had everything we needed, and then some. Kip was flexible and accommodating with our schedule for delivery and pickup at Palo Duro Canyon.

1.0I requested a generator and propane tanks when I reserved the RV. The night before the trip I asked the owner to verify that we had both. He said he didn’t know about the request originally but he could see it now. Heather and her son delivered the RV. She could not start the generator. She tried pulling the handle 3 plus times (Kip said it usually took him 5-15 pulls to start it). It was on the propane picture. Her son changed it to choke and started it after a few attempts and told us to start it that way, then move it to propane. We could not start it the first night, the next day Kip said the son was wrong and it needed to be on the propane picture. Heather also said she opened the propane for the fridge and other items to work in the RV, after delivery. We put our food in the fridge at 2:30 pm and left. When we returned at 10:30 pm we realized the fridge was not on, all of our food was warm and the ice had melted. At 10:30 pm they walked us text us through how to open the propane tank and turning the fridge on. Past experience owners made sure everything was operating at time of delivery/setting up the RV. 2nd night we had to have someone start the generator for us, it was extremely hard to start, the propane only lasted 4-6 hours. I’m assuming the tank wasn’t full. It was our first time to use that tank. 3rd night we got a new full tank and it ran fine all night. 4th night immediately after starting it, an alarm went off inside the RV instructions said 4 beeps means carbon dioxide. I tried calling the owners but they didn’t answer, the alarm wouldn’t stop so we had to turn the generator off and didn’t use it. We could not charge our phones or make coffee 3 of 4 days/nights because of not being able to run the generator. The first day we checked the gauges and it showed the black tank was 1/3 full so we used other facilities as much as we could. After all the problems we had, we were charged $130 for the generator and a waste dump fee, then $50 for the black tank second flushing (we only used their TP), and $50 steam cleaning a very small strip of carpet that was dirty when it was delivered, nothing was spilled on the carpet. Excessive damage fees on top of generator fees that we could only use one night and 4-6 hours.
