Dream Chaser is unlike anything you've been in before. From the moment you walk in it feels less like an RV and more like a luxurious hotel room, albeit a small one! Everything from the artwork on the wall and the plants placed throughout, to the freshly made bed and Turkish cotton towels, every detail was crafted to make your experience once in a lifetime.This is a new 2021 Entegra Odyssey with all the high tech amenities that come with a new vehicle (seriously - makes driving these SO much easier), a cozy sleeping/movie-watching/star gazing nook above the front cabin, a king-sized bed in the back, 4 sleeping spaces, a full kitchen, the cutest bathroom you've ever seen, and even fire-stick TVs so you can pick back up on your Netflix binging even while you are on vacation! Try This is Us...seriously...will change your life. :)It also has a fully loaded, top of the line series of amenities, to include an outdoor TV with a grilling and game-watching setup, surround sound speakers inside and out, an outdoor shower, plenty of storage, plus optional add-ons that you can tailor for literally any occasion. Combine this with a dual bump-out design that dramatically enlarges the living space when parked and you've got a perfect space for your whole family, including little ones.It's a Ford engine that takes regular gas and drives like a standard U-Haul or small box truck, no crazy new skills or special licenses required! You feel comfortable behind the wheel within about 5 minutes and can fill up and park pretty much anywhere you need, which is key to reducing stress on a vacation. In addition, you have rear back up cameras, turn-signal side activated cameras, and Bluetooth through the front console for music, phone and navigation that connects right to your phone. We love Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, some of the greatest camping and nature activities in the world only two hours away. The beaches are so amazing in SoCal you can literally just travel along the Pacific Coast Highway and stop from time to time, marveling at the power of God's creation. Want to check out the world's greatest stargazing? Head up north for a few hours and BAM! You are in Joshua Tree, looking at every star you never knew existed.You can even go crazy and take this bad boy up the coast to wine country, Yosemite, or even sleepy little getaways like Carmel-By-The-Sea. If you do go there, hit up La Playa on Sunday night for the 5 o'clock Happy Hour. Every drink is one dime for ten minutes. Shhhhhh.....you didn't hear it from us, it's considered a local secret. Other things to noteThe main question - pick up/return times! Due to our cleaning schedule, work schedule and babysitters, pick up time (or delivery time) is 3pm, with a return time of 11am. Rules and policies
- No smoking of any kind in or around the RV. No climbing on the roof. Please only put potable water into the fresh water tanks.
Rental Addendum Agreement:
DURATION: Renter must return the Vehicle to our rental office or other location we specify, on the date and time specified in this Agreement, and in the same condition that you received it, except for ordinary wear. The renter is expected to remove all trash and sweep the RV of all dirt. If the Vehicle is returned when we are not home, Renter remains responsible for the safety of, and any damage to, the Vehicle until we inspect it upon our return.
CHARGES: Renter agrees to pay Kimberly Rushing the following charges including but not limited to:
- Time and mileage for the period during which Renter keeps the Vehicle, or a mileage charged based on our experience if the odometer or its seal is damaged, tampered with or disconnected. 100 miles per day are included in the rental. After that, the cost is $0.50 cents per mile.
- Fuel, if Renter returns the Vehicle with less fuel than when rented, the cost to refuel the vehicle will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
- Loss of, or damage to, the Vehicle which includes the cost of repair, or the actual cash value of the Vehicle based on valuation methods accepted by the auto insurance industry on the date of the loss if the Vehicle is not repairable, or if we elect not to repair the Vehicle, plus an administrative expense incurred in processing the claim, all in accordance with California Civil Code § 1936
- Dumping of Black and Grey Water Tanks, if they are not emptied prior to vehicle return.
- Actual expenses we incur in locating and recovering the Vehicle if Renter fails to return it or Kimberly Rushing elects to repossess the Vehicle under the terms of this or the Outdoorsy Agreement.
- EXTENDING RENTAL DATES: If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not vacate at the scheduled check-out time on the scheduled Rent

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The hookups are super easy to use and we have a training session before giving you the keys that'll explain everything. There are also videos showing how to do it, and when in doubt, you can just ask the person camped next to you, they will definitely help you! RV'ers are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This is a Ford truck, so just drive it like one. There are backup cameras and side cameras and the engine is very powerful so just give plenty of space on the turns and drive normally and you'll be fine. You get used to it very quickly. There are training sessions and videos that cover everything in the RV and there is a customer service number that is available 24/7 for any questions at any time.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are always happy to work with you however we can! Pick up and drop off times are scheduled around our cleaners to allow a thorough cleaning and a 24 hour COVID sanitation protocol. Standard time for pick up is 3pm, and drop off is 11am. If these times do not work for you, however, we are happy to try and find a better time that does with at least 1 week's notice and based on any previous/post bookings and the availability of our cleaner.

What are the delivery details if I don't want to come get the RV myself?
A.
- We can drop off and pick up anywhere up to 75 miles. There is a $200 charge for up to 30 miles and $5/mile for every mile after that. - We can deliver and pick up it pretty much any time of day up until 6pm. - We do not deliver and the vehicle cannot travel to Mexico or Canada at any time.
