Lindsey was so great with communication and Brian was very helpful with the delivery/setup process! We had no problems at all! We had a great experience thanks for Hoosier RV! We would definitely rent from them again!

Had a wonderful time trailer has some issues, but nothing we couldn’t live with. Brian and Lyndsey were wonderful to work with. Would use their trailers again.

Lindsey and her husband were great communicators and were available if I had questions during our trip.

Overall an OK experience. Had to run the heat the first of 3 nights and middle of the night one of the propane tanks ran out so it got really cold inside. Had to switch tanks over the next morning. The outside lights did not work so had no outside lighting which was a struggle.
Paid additional fees for Delivery, Set Up and Clean Up. Got a text message after the owners picked up
The camper and was informed that the bathroom was more dirty than expected, Which I’m not sure how because there were only 3 showers taken in 3 days. Was told they were charging for extra clean up. Also was told they were charging extra because the black tank was not emptied, however it was no where to my knowledge and was not told that they had to be empty. Also was told they were charging me for a wash rag that i used to clean a dish that we used provided in the camper and there were nothing to wash dishes with.
I disputed the charge for the extra cleaning because I paid extra for clean up. She then told me she had me confused with another camper they had rented for the weekend. But Outdoorsy already charged my account. So had to wait a few days for the credit of $50 for a cleaning charger I already paid for. Also they charged $100 to dump the black tank and the wash rag. Seems crazy to me. Especially when I could have don’t it. I assumed that came with the whole delivery set up and clean up charge. I would not use them again unless I see the full details of the agreement.

Exceeded expectations. Lindsey and Brian were very cordial and a pleasure to deal with. The camper was as described. Communication was quick and precise. We definitely recommend them and we will use them next time we have a need.

Made a reservation 5/6 for a trip on 7/10. owner cancelled our reserved rv for "minor repairs" on 6/12 leaving very little time to find a replacement in time for our trip and very little options. We booked our trip two months in advance in order to find an rv that is best for our needs and we were left with 3 weeks to find a replacement and not many options were available.

I take the safety and comfort of each client very seriously. Unfortunately, some repairs were needed that could only be completed by the shop at this time. I arranged for Outdoorsy to provide an alternate camper before cancelling the reservation. I also had Outdoorsy give the renter a $75 credit on the replacement rental. I wish we could have worked around this but all of the repair shops are backlogged by more than a month.

Lindsey and Brian are the best to work with! This is our second year using their trailer for an event and it is perfect. Everything works, it's clean, and they work with us with delivery.
