RecommendationsTake a trip to a local campground for one of the upcoming holidays. Drive to a destination in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, or down to the Carolinas and a visit to Myrtle Beach. The journey is truly the whole reason to pilot one of our favorite places to be, because no matter where you may stop for the night, you have all that you need right there with you.Other things to noteSUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking with us, we will send you our Supplemental Rental Agreement, which contains our rules and guidelines while in possession of the camper. We will request a photo of your insurance ID card and driver's license. Let us know if you have additional questions about something we didn’t cover! If you are interested in renting from us but don't see an item in the stock list you might need, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.DRIVABILITY: This unit is built on a Ford 450 chassis and takes UNLEADED FUEL ONLY. We will try our best to ensure everything is functioning with the camper. However, given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability, especially during the busy season when there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you as soon as possible if something is not working before pickup or dropoff.WASTE HOLDING TANKS AND CLEANING: We will check the tanks upon your return to ensure they are empty. Please do not put food down the drain. Only special RV toilet paper should be used because regular toilet paper cakes the bottom of the tank and will not drain properly. We will provide a few rolls with your rental.CLEANING: In addition, if the camper is returned in reasonably clean condition, a cleaning fee will not be charged. If the camper is returned excessively dirty or trashed beyond reasonable expectations, we reserve the right to charge up to $300 for excessive cleaning. Hygiene is important to us and we keep the camper very clean for our guests. Excessive cleaning fees may be applied for the following reasons: excessive dirt, mud, pet odor/hair/urine/feces, garbage, vomit, human urine/feces, etc. A clogged black tank requiring power washing to clean out will also result in additional cleaning fees. We are not smokers and non-authorized smoking in the camper will also result in forfeiture of your deposit. Prior to charging a cleaning fee, we will take videos and photos.PETS: We generally welcome a small dog in the camper. We have a small dog and understand they can be fun travel buddies! We charge a pet fee to cover average wear and tear. However, we reserve the right to decline pets, and average wear and tear does not include damage from claws, scratches, chewing, pet urine/feces, etc. For excessive cleaning and/or damage, additional fees may be applied upon return. Also, for the comfort and safety of all passengers, we would like to ask that pets be kept in a kennel while inside the RV.INSURANCE: For everyone's maximum protection, we require the "Peace of Mind" insurance package, along with the interior protection package, since internal damage is not covered. We will ask for a copy of your insurance addendums before pickup.NO SMOKING - ZERO EXCEPTIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. We'd like to ask you to refrain from smoking to keep the vehicle clean and odor-free for future renters. You will be charged WHATEVER it costs to remove any smell of smoke from the RV.FUEL REQUIREMENTS: The Unleaded Gasoline must be FULL upon return, or you can prepay for filling the tank (Supplemental Rental Agreement). The built-in propane tank must also be filled to complete, or you can prepay for this service to be completed. These will be covered in your Supplemental Rental Agreement.

Ryan was great to work with from start to finish. My return schedule didn't go as planned, but Ryan was flexible with us. It was great to have my family along for the vintage racing at IMS!

Ryan’s RV is awesome. We had a great trip for a three day weekend, about 120 miles each way. Great to drive, really nice amenities. 5 adults slept comfortably in it. Ryan was a great guy, helpful, flexible with pickup drop off. Definitely will rent again.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Picking up and dropping off can be coordinated with both of our schedules as much as possible. Having set time for returning the RV will need to be agreed prior to picking up, and day time hours will have the possibility of accommodation during regular business hours (9-4 pm M-F). The Manager will have discretion based on each individual circumstance.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
slide out only operates when the vehicle is running, in park, parking brake applied, and the power switch turned on. Alternatively, it operates when the unit is connected to power. To power the unit, ensure the 30 amp plug is connected to the internal connection within the power bank area. Look for a silver box with a 30 amp receptacle where the cord and plug are stored. The Fresh Water Holding/Cold/Hot Release Valve is located under the Main Bed. Secure all doors before moving.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
30 amp plug on the Drivers Side 2nd compartment back. City Water - On the Drivers Side (black connector) Water Tank - black fill-up connector is on the Passenger's side. Water will poor out underneath when full. Do not overfill for long.

Q.Sewer Hook Up and Evacuation
A.
Sewer Drainage - Rear compartment for all materials. 2nd to last compartment for the access to the drainage valves. Put gloves on (provided). Attach Orange/Brown hose to the fitting. Attach clear 90* elbow and Orange sewer connection. Release Black completely, THEN Gray. Use the black hookup (drivers side) to wash inside of the tank out using a hose that is supplied at (Most) sewer dump sites. NON POTABLE water is ONLY to be used in this outlet of the Camper.
