This RV is an older one, but I still expected it to be clean and functional. There was dirt built-up from a long period of time. Two important things (wipers and the elbow sewer connector) were obviously not checked before we picked it up, we had to purchase these items once we found out, while...

This RV is 16 years old. I find it interesting the reviews from the several weeks before found this RV to be 5 star. The wipers were replaced in the spring before the rental season started, so it is surprising they needed to be replaced and the elbow for the sewer I found in the storage compartment when the RV was returned. I am not sure what the renter did with the RV but I have taken the RV out for two different trips (Denver to Minnesota and Denver to The Sand Dune National Park) since she returned it and never experienced any of these issues. The TV didn’t pull a signal because the renter broke the antenna off. There are window privacy coverings for the cab windows I pointed out to the renter that were behind the driver’s seat. The primary problem was the renter was very concerned about discounts at the time they picked up my RV and asked several times “if anything doesn’t go right, we’ll get a discount” so they had expectation if they report issues, they will have the opportunity to get a discounted rental. They were reimbursed for the wipers and the sewer connection only since none of these issues proved out to be actual issues.

Great communication and support from Kris. Awning was damaged by previous renter and therefore not operational, but that was the only and minor problem
