Our office is closed on Sundays, so we do not allow EV pickups or deliveries on Sundays. If you schedule your EV for return on a Sunday or federal holiday, you'll need to sign a waiver. You'll also need to be in touch with us to coordinate returning the EV and follow the instructions we give you.
You can bring pets on your trip, but you must pay a pet cleaning fee and a daily pet fee before you leave. If you bring a pet without paying these fees, you'll be charged a $2,000 fee. This is because having pets in the EV affects our ability to rent it out to people with pet allergies.
When you return the EV , you must make sure it is cleaned. If you do not return it cleaned, you'll be charged $150. If you do not recharge the vehicle there will be a $40 charge to recharge it.
You must return the EV by 3PM on the scheduled day. If you return it late, there will be a $100 charge after a 30-minute grace period. You must coordinate the drop-off time with us, and you cannot drop off the EV without a staff member present unless you get permission first.
