This was our family's first RV experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better start. We rented through Alan, and from beginning to end everything went perfectly. They were accommodating to our pick day and time, met with us to walk through the RV and provided us with all the information we needed. The RV was spotless, and everything worked exactly as it should. We didn't have a single issue the entire trip. With four young boys on board, safety was our top priority, and we felt completely comfortable the whole time. Most of all, it was fun. The kids are already asking when we're going again. What really stood out was the communication. Alan and George were incredibly responsive. Any time we reached out, we heard back within a minute. That kind of attention made a first-timer like me feel supported the whole way. If you're thinking about trying an RV for the first time, especially with kids, we highly recommend renting from Alan. Thank you, Alan and George, for helping our family make memories we'll never forget!

Great communication with Alan who was extremely flexible and accommodating. Alan explained everything we needed to handle the RV when we picked it up and made dropping off quick and easy. The RV itself was great - stocked well and the beds comfortable. Made for a great trip.

Wonderful experience! Alan & George are gracious hosts who really care about your experience. We did experience a few minor bumps early into our trip, however they were super quick to respond and fix things. To me this is GOLD, and this is where they shine and it shows how much they care. I wish more people in this world cared as much as they do. I will absolutely be renting from them again on my next trip. Not only was this a business transaction, but it formed a mutually respected friendship. I highly encourage to rent from them!

Took this RV to Yosemite for my son’s birthday. I got a really good tutorial when picking up the RV, I felt like a pro when using it. I felt so comfortable with the tutorial that I even got to teach some other first time RV renters at the camp site. The RV was more than enough for my family of 5. It was clean when I got it, had zero issues, had chairs, a mat, all the little things I would have needed while traveling and camping. I will definitely be renting again! It was such as awesome experience for a first time RV renter.

Alan and George were great — good communication and the RV was in fine condition, as they promised.
