This is a 2016, 27 foot travel trailer that sleeps up to 6 people. With 1 large slide-out in the living/dining area. 2 outside doors. One in living area the 2nd in the bedroom. There is 1 roof air conditioner that has vents in the ceiling of all rooms. The furnace has vents in all rooms as well but are on the floor. There is a wall thermostat for both air and heat. There is a 4 burner gas stove and oven to bake in and microwave. There is a nice size refrigerator/freezer and pantry. We supply the plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and utensils. We supply towels and bedding for all three beds. The couch and dining table make out into beds. The bathroom has nice size shower and porcelain toilet. Have a wonderful trip and enjoy the great outdoors.

We also enjoy taking RV adventure's to the surrounding areas. Some include Collins Lake, Lake Francis RV Resort, Durango RV resort in Red Bluff, Shasta Lake, and Lake Oroville. There's just nothing better than spending time in the RV with family, grandchildren and of course our dog Stella, she loves camping. You must have a 30 amp ELECTRICAL OUTLET to run the air conditioner and Microwave. Your destination must accommodate a 30' trailer. We do not deliver to hard to find rural areas. We prefer campgrounds with hook-ups.
