We rent to responsible and considerate renters.This IS THE Perfect Vacation Getaway!! This camper trailer is great for a quite getaway or for the whole family. It's warm and cozy and is loaded with all the comforts of home for the true "Glamping" experience. It can accommodate up to 9, with the dinette and sofa converting into twin and queen sized beds, respectively. The two bunks are double bed sized, and kids love them (they're like little caves, with lights and plugs)! The master bed has a queen sized memory foam mattress. Sheets and comforters are provided for master bed, (additional linens, bath towels, beach towels and pillows, and air mattress for the pull-out couch are available as add-ons). The Dinette can seat 4-5 adults and has a rolling ottoman section that can be moved to make additional seating or a coffee table for the couch. It also contains games for fun with the whole family.There is central a/c and a cold weather package with a heater, a 10 gallon hot water tank, along with a central vacuum system that is easy to use (just plug the hose in and turn on). The HD TV in the entertainment center rotates 180* so that it can be seen in the Master bedroom and for a better viewing angle from the dinette and sofa. There are 2 cushions available that fold out so there is a back rest and length to lay on (add-ons) that are perfect for stretching out on the floor to watch a movie (kids love these too!). The outside shower has both hot and cold water, and is a great way to rinse off those sandy feet after a day at the beach.The rental includes cooking equipment, such as pots/pans, utensils, knives, cutting boards, dishes, silverware, various bowls and containers, hand mixer, blender, bar ware, a beverage container (extra one is available) a gas grill, an electric non-stick griddle, a double sided cast iron griddle, grill utensils. Tables are available (at least 1 6 ft. is recommended as add-ons) to set up your extended outdoor kitchen on. There is a microwave, a 3 burner stove and small oven inside. The camp kitchen has a small sink with hot and cold running water, a 2 burner camp stove with two slide out shelves and a small bar fridge, and s'mores forks. All of this makes the cooking easy and fun, so the cook can be outside with everyone else.Also included are folding camp chairs (additional deluxe chairs/recliners are available), 2 large (10'x10') area mats, a pop-up canopy (10x10), small round side table (perfect for a little extra space around the campfire), extension cords, a fire poker, "corn hole" game, horse shoes (plastic) and other toys and card/dice games are on board as well. Twinkle lights are available for the awning if requested (add-ons).If you would prefer to bring your own of anything, please let us know.
